Open the gates!

As of Thursday we will be TRIALING an OPEN YARD. We have been busy preparing the premisis to have the main gates open and allowing customers more freedom inside. However due to staff numbers we will only be able to do this on WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY. Monday and Tuesday the gates will remain CLOSED for Pre Ordered Collections Only.

Inside the yard we have prepared a QUEUING  system to help maintain social distancing and keep our staff and ourcustomer safe. There will be a strict limitation of TWO customers in our shops and any one time. Sadly due to the limited room on our trade counters we cannot allow free browsing inside and simply ask customers to arrive with a LIST OF GOODS required so we can help you find them efficiently. This will help reduce waiting times. The outside areas are open to veiw including our highly regarded PATIO DISPLAY which many of you have been asking for. There is no timber cutting service available at this time.

To date we have been humbled by the respect and understanding shown by many of our customers and we hope this continues through this transition. However any visitor seen ignoring the safeguards put in place will be sternly advised of their behavour and/or ASKED TO LEAVE!

We will still be operating the COLLECTION SERVICE and suggest this as a preferable meathod of transaction as this will limit the time your are here but as always please be patient on the phones as we continue to see high numbers of phone calls.

We are continuing our temporary opening times as follows:

Monday – Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm
Saturday/Sunday – Closed.
