Temporary Change to Opening Hours

Due to ongoing economic pressures and reduced staffing levels across the industry, we have had to make some difficult decisions regarding our trading hours.

To ensure we can continue delivering the high standard of service our customers expect, we have taken the decision to temporarily close on Saturdays.

This change will allow us to focus our resources during the week, ensuring stronger staffing levels and a more consistent, reliable service from Monday to Friday. Our weekday opening hours will remain unchanged: 7:30am – 5:00pm.

By concentrating our team during these hours, we are confident we can provide an improved overall experience, supported by the expertise of our staff. We also believe this change will have a positive impact on team wellbeing, which in turn supports better service for our customers.

This is a temporary measure, and we will review the situation in six months, with the aim of returning to our normal trading hours as soon as conditions allow.

The new arrangements will take effect from 11th May, with Saturday 9th May being our final Saturday open for the time being.

We appreciate that this may cause some inconvenience and would like to thank our customers for their continued understanding and support. This decision has not been taken lightly, and we remain committed to serving you to the very best of our ability.
